Configure your company, preferences, appearance, backups, and license from Settings in the sidebar.
Company Profile
Your business identity used on invoices and customer bills.

| GSTIN / PAN | Tax identifiers shown on GST bills |
| Phone / Email | Contact details on printed bills |
| Address, City, State | Business address on invoices |
| Company Logo | Upload PNG/JPG — appears on customer bills |
Click Save after making changes.
Preferences
Billing & Tax
- Round off invoice totals — rounds grand total to nearest rupee (default: on).
- Enable non-GST bills — shows GST / Non-GST bill type on invoices and adds Non-GST Report to navigation.
Inventory
- Show low stock alerts — highlights low-stock products on the dashboard.
Payment Defaults
- Default sales payment type — Cash, Bank, Credit, UPI, or Cheque (pre-fills new invoices).
- Default purchase payment type — same options for purchase bills.
Use Reset to Defaults or Save Preferences as needed.
Appearance
- Theme — Light, Dark, or System.
- Language — 12 Indian languages (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese). Bills and UI labels update after save.
Database Backup
- Enable scheduled backups — automatic backups on startup when due.
- Backup folder — default: Documents\Samriddhi Business App\Backups.
- Frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Retention — number of backup files to keep (default: 7).
- Backup Now — create an immediate backup.
App Information
- Application — version, build, check for updates, view license agreement.
- System — signed-in user, financial year, database name, runtime.
- License & Validity — plan, status, expiry, devices; refresh or change license key.
- Support — publisher website and support email.
