Inventory
Manage products, stock levels, warehouses, categories, and adjustments.
Products
Inventory → Products
- SKU, barcode, HSN/SAC code, category, unit of measure.
- Purchase price, selling price, tax rate.
- Minimum stock level for low-stock alerts.
- Expiry tracking — MFG date, expiry date, shelf life notes.
- Opening stock when creating a new product.
- Import products from Excel template.
Stock
Inventory → Stock — view current stock levels across warehouses. Click Add Stock to open Stock Adjustment.
Stock Adjustment
Inventory → Stock Adjustment
- Search and select a product.
- Choose warehouse, quantity (add or reduce), unit cost, reason, and date.
- Save — adjustment appears in recent history.
Warehouses
Inventory → Warehouses — create and manage storage locations. Import from Excel.
Categories
Inventory → Categories — organize products with parent and sub-categories. Import from Excel.
Tip: Confirming a sales invoice reduces stock; confirming a purchase bill increases stock automatically.
