Your business data (invoices, products, customers, transactions) is stored locally on your computer.
We collect only the information needed to register, activate, and validate licenses.
We do not sell your personal information.

2.1 License and account information

When you register or activate Samriddhi, we may collect:

Email address
Company or business name
License key and plan type
Device name and a hashed device fingerprint (for device binding)
License status, activation dates, and validation timestamps

2.2 Website usage

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect or store on our servers:

Your invoices, bills, or sales records
Product catalogs or inventory data
Customer or supplier contact lists from your database
Financial transactions stored in the desktop app

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

Provide trial and paid licenses
Activate and validate software on permitted devices

4. Legal basis (where applicable)

License API communication uses HTTPS. Device fingerprints are hashed before transmission. You are responsible for securing your computer and backing up your local business database.

Samriddhi is business software and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
