Samriddhi Business App — End User License Agreement
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
By installing, activating, registering, or using Samriddhi Business App ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
The Ultimate Resources ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices permitted by your license plan, solely for your internal business operations.
2. Registration and Activation
- You must register and activate the Software using a valid license key issued by the Licensor.
- Each license is bound to a specified number of devices ("Device Limit"). You may not exceed the Device Limit.
- The Software requires periodic online validation with the Licensor's licensing server.
3. Trial Licenses
Trial licenses are provided for evaluation (typically 30 days). At the end of the trial, you must purchase a paid license to continue.
4. License Plans
Paid plans (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) are subject to device limits, features, and pricing communicated by the Licensor at the time of purchase.
5. Restrictions
You may NOT copy, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, share license keys, circumvent validation, or exceed device limits.
6. Your Business Data
- Your business data is stored locally on your computer.
- The Licensor does NOT store invoices, products, or transactions on licensing servers.
- Licensing servers store only: account email, company name, license key, device identifiers, and license status.
- You are responsible for backing up your local data.
7. Privacy and Device Information
To activate and validate your license, the Software sends your license key, a hashed device fingerprint, and device name to the licensing server over HTTPS. No business files are transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Suspension and Termination
The Licensor may suspend or revoke your license if you breach this Agreement or fail to pay applicable fees.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
